The number of tenants, desired cities or districts, budget, amenities, parking or public transport requirements are all included in your profile, and you will receive a matching selection of rentals.

We organize viewing appointments, prepare and accompany apartment handovers, including protocols. On request, we negotiate rental agreements according to your wishes and ensure that even larger projects involving several apartments and many employees are handled efficiently. Our multilingual support and over 30 years of expertise in the temporary living sector help us find the best solution, both for companies and individual tenants. We have successfully carried out many large relocation projects, e.g. for insurance companies, construction projects, and the plant engineering industry.

All apartments are fully furnished. From functional basic furnishings to high-quality rentals – for example, for executive apartments. As a rule, they generally include an equipped kitchen, WiFi, laundry facilities, and optionally a balcony, terrace, or parking space.

Corporate Housing FAQs

If it qualifies as a business expense, housing costs can be included in your accounting and are usually tax-deductible. Compared to hotel stays, you also benefit from lower overall costs.

Send us your search criteria and we’ll get back to you with suitable offers – alternatively, you can request your desired furnished apartment directly. After you made your selection and viewed the rental (optional), we prepare the rental agreement. Payment is usually made monthly or by invoice as agreed, with the VAT amount shown separately for your accounting. Your contractual partner is the landlord directly.

Temporary living has to be flexible. Terms of several months with relatively short notice periods, for example one to four weeks to the end of the month, are common. Most rentals also offer an extension option if the move-out date is not yet fixed when the lease is signed. This allows you to remain flexible if project durations change.

In many cases, renting without SCHUFA is an option for our tenants, especially if the employer acts as the contractual partner or pays the rent. However, it is always up to the respective landlord to decide whether a SCHUFA credit check is required. Our team checks if alternative documents could be used, for example an employer confirmation, salary statements, or cost coverage by the company. We’ll find a solution for you!

If you do not have time for an on-site viewing or would like to book the rental directly based on the online listing (they often include a video), you can book directly. Our team is in close contact with the respective landlords and the process can be handled completely digitally.

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Vermittlung geht schnell, seriös und ist viel besser als wenn man sich auf den "klassischen" Wohnungsmarkt stürzt. Man erhält direkt einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner, der dann den Kontakt zum Vermieter herstellt. Man vermeidet also Sammelbesichtigungen und fühlt sich einfach angenehm dabei.

Wenn man also keine Möbel ständig rumschleppen will bietet die Vollmöblierung einen absoluten Vorteil. Ich bin mittlerweile schon viel umgezogen, aber so schnell und bequem ohne große Kosten ist einfach der Hammer, ich würde nur noch so wohnen wollen!

Die Mietpreise sind in Bezug auf den Komfort und die Kosten die man sich spart absolut im Rahmen. Ich finde normale Angebote zum Mieten mittlerweile maßlos überteuert. Klar kommt es immer auf die Lage und Ausstattung an.

Auch die flexible Mietdauer und unkomplizierte Verlängerung gefallen mir gut.

Es sollte definitiv mehr von solchen professionellen Anbietern auf dem Wohnungsmarkt geben!
